This policy explains our refund terms for Pre-CRNA Advisor. It applies to the one-time Full Access purchase offered by J & E LLC ("Company," "we," "us") and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Your purchase
- Starter and Lifetime are one-time payments for the features described at purchase. Starter includes one successful saved full analysis; a failed report does not use it. Lifetime includes repeat analyses and ongoing chat subject to daily usage limits. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason, email precrnaadvisor@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase from the email address on your account. No questions asked.
3. What happens after a refund
- Your refund is issued in full to the original payment method. Stripe typically posts it within 5–10 business days.
- Premium access ends when the refund is issued, and your account reverts to the free tier. Your account itself, and anything available on the free tier, remain yours.
4. After 30 days
Purchases are non-refundable after 30 days, except where a refund is required by law.
