This Disclaimer applies to the Pre-CRNA Advisor service (the "Service") provided by J & E LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully.

1. For education and information only

Pre-CRNA Advisor is an educational and informational tool to help you prepare your own CRNA (nurse anesthesia) applications. Everything we provide — the AI School Advisor, the program database, and the lesson content — is general information. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Not a guarantee of admission

Using the Service does not guarantee, promise, or improve your odds of admission to any CRNA program, and we have no affiliation with, and no influence over, any program's admissions decisions. Admissions depend on many factors that are entirely outside our control and up to each program. Any suggestions, "fit" indicators, match scores, or examples are illustrative only — not predictions or assurances of any outcome.

3. Not professional advice

The Service is not, and is not a substitute for, professional, medical, legal, financial, career-counseling, academic-advising, or admissions-consulting advice. We are not your advisor, agent, or counselor. For decisions that matter to you, consult a qualified professional and the programs themselves. Reading our content does not create any professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Company.

4. The AI advisor can be wrong

The "School Advisor" uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions from the information you enter. AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and can "hallucinate" facts that are not true. Advisor output is a starting point for your own research — not a professional recommendation and not something to rely on without checking. Do not make important decisions based solely on advisor output.

5. Program data may be inaccurate or out of date

Our program database is compiled from primary and public sources (such as program and university websites and publicly reported data). We make good-faith efforts to keep it accurate and current, but requirements, prerequisites, deadlines, costs, and outcome data change frequently and without notice; sources can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong; and data entry, normalization, and interpretation can introduce errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the program data.

6. Always verify with the program directly

Before you rely on any requirement, deadline, statistic, or other information from the Service, confirm it directly with the program and its official sources. If our information and a program's official information differ, the program's official information controls. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on unverified information from the Service.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited, as described in the Terms of Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
